What do I need to create a 3D virtual tour?
A recent iPhone and about 15 minutes. You film one continuous walkthrough of the property, the app coaches your pace and coverage as you go, and we build the 3D tour from that single video. No tripod, no 360 camera, no training.
Is this a 360 photo tour?
No. A 360 tour is a chain of flat panoramas you hop between. This is a true 3D reconstruction of the space, so viewers move through the home freely, the way they would in person. The sample tour on this page is the real output format.
How is this different from Matterport?
Three ways. Capture: a phone video walkthrough instead of a tripod camera moved station by station. Pricing: per-tour credits instead of a monthly subscription. Ownership: you own the tour files, can download and embed them anywhere, and hosting is included forever rather than billed monthly. How long until my tour is ready?
Most tours for a typical home are ready within the hour. You get a link the moment it is live, ready to send to your client or drop into a listing.
Do my 3D tours ever expire?
No. Hosting is included in the price of the credit and tours stay online. There is no subscription you have to keep paying to stop your work being deleted.
Where is my footage processed?
